Terms of service and subscription agreement for Essentia Innovation Ltd. (Dubai, UAE)
§ 1 Scope & Contracting Parties
These Terms & Conditions apply to all contracts of Essentia Innovation Ltd. (DIFC Dubai, License CL4672). Our offer is exclusively intended for B2B clients and commercial entities.
§ 2 Scope of Services & Memberships
Services include digital community guidelines, live Q&A sessions, and mastermind networks (CEO DNA Member €49, CEO DNA Pro €99, Unicorn Society).
§ 3 Contract Formation & Payment Terms
The contract is concluded upon digital booking or acceptance of the application. All prices are net plus statutory taxes where applicable.
§ 4 Term & Cancellation
Memberships (Member & Pro) are subject to a rolling monthly subscription and can be canceled at any time with 7 days notice prior to renewal.
§ 5 Copyright & Confidentiality
All provided materials, SOP frameworks, and mastermind contents are protected by copyright law and strictly confidential.
§ 6 Governing Law & Jurisdiction (Dubai / DIFC)
The laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) apply. The exclusive place of jurisdiction shall be the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC Courts) in Dubai, UAE.
